THURSDAY, 4pm : The daily check-in time for your room or cabin at the Fontana Village Resort
5pm - 8pm : Registration Check-in will be open at the Fontana Village Resort.
FRIDAY, 8am: Late Registration check-in 8:30 am: Driver Meeting 9:30 am: Pull out for 2.5 hour drive 12:00pm to 1:30pm: 1.5 hour lunch and fuel break. . 1:30pm: Pull out for 3.5 hour drive 5:00pm; Catered Welcome Dinner
SATURDAY, 8am: Driver Meeting 8:30am: Pull out for Photoshoot 9:00am: Start 1st leg of drive for 3 hours 12:00pm to 2:00pm: Arrive at 2 hour break. 2:00pm: Pull out for a 2 hour drive. 4:00pm: Arrive back at Fontana Village Resort. 7:00pm: Bonfire Party (this is B.Y.O.B, so you may want to bring a cooler and tailgate/ lawn chair)
SUNDAY, 10am : Quick Driver Meeting on the patio of the Event Center 10:30am: Pull out for 4 hr drive 11:45pm: We will stop for lunch 3:00pm: Arrive back at the Fontana Village Resort for the conclusion of the inaugural 2024 Vettes versus the Dragon!
